About Us

Northpark Group was founded by Norris & Vicky Strintzos in 1979 with the purchase of its first service station in Bentleigh, Victoria. In the years since their first site was acquired Northpark Group has built a large portfolio of properties and has established a strong reputation throughout Australia for delivering high quality commercial, mixed-use and residential developments.

 

The business which is now owned by sons Foni Strintzos, Keith Strintzos and George Strintzos has also become a strong alliance partner with several global oil companies and major fast food chains. In 2014 the company appointed Steve Brkic (LLB, BA) as its General Manager to manage the daily operations of the group and assist with an expansion of the business. Northpark Group are specialists in developing major service station sites, which include fast food outlets, car/truck washes and more recently weighbridges, all over Australia. Our alliance partners currently include Shell, Caltex, Woolworths, 7Eleven, Ultra Tune, McDonalds, Hungry Jacks, Red Rooster, Nandos, Pizza Hut, Subway and Tyres & More.
